Welcome to my life as I know it....

Okay, so everyone else in the world has a blog and has for umpteen years already so I guess I should join in. I mean, the husband and daughter are on the boat, oldest son is batteling some wii creature at a friend's house and the littlest son is napping so what else can I do. Well, I could clean the mess the toddler made, but I really am not feeling that ambitious today, so here goes nothing!
So, here's me in a nutshell. I grew up in Florida in your typical screwed up just enough to not be ideal but not enough to make the news family. Married a guy I really didn't know when I was really young and started a family way to young. But before I go further, let me say that what I'm saying here is not regrets or complaints, just stating how it was...how it is, is how it is and I wouldn't change it. I mean, I wouldn't tell my daughter to get married at 20 and have a baby at 21 to a guy she met in a bar that pulled in to port on a sub for a long weekend and dated long distance for a matter of months, but the thing is, I dont' regret it because a lot of good came from it, namely my two oldest children and a whole lot of experiences and growing up!
Anyways, back to my life...moving forward...I had my son while living in South Carolina, then we were restationed to Connecticut. Our marriage was pretty screwy even then as we were both young, immature, and in all honesty, not suited for each other. So, what was the solution..lets have another baby! So we had my daughter. Then we were restationed to Hawaii. Oh I sooooo loved Hawaii.
As I grew up even more and realized that things were even worse I decided enough is enough and this was it, so split we did. I stayed in Hawaii and he went his way. Speeding even further ahead I dated a friend from Hawaii..he moved to Guam, he then got out of the Navy, we then decided to be together and move back to Florida together (he also was from there) so back we went and moved in together). After some really crappy job he found a better on in the Bahamas so we moved there. In 05 we made it official and got married and then in 06 we had the now napping toddler.
That's a quick history..about me in general..I like to read, scuba, boating, beach bumming, cook, etc. I also suffer from migraines as well as some sort of yet to be indentified connective tissue disorder...at one point I was being told and treated for lupus, but it was never 100% that was what it was, so if it is it is VERY mild, and I really don't feel that it is. Since I just started taking a new med for the migrane I 'm going to blog about that for awhile, so if you could care a less about that, you may not want to check back for a month or so.
